The latest Eats365 POS and Expedite Display updates introduce new sound alerts on the Expedite Display, convenient gift card refunds directly through the POS, along with new Sales Categories for deeper financial tracking.

• Refund gift cards on the Eats365 POS
  • With this update, you can configure the POS to allow gift card refunds and subsequent revocations.

• Sales Categories now available for items
  • Sales Categories allow you to split an item’s selling price and allocate the sales into multiple categories for granular tracking.
  • When creating a custom item, the option to add a sales category for the custom item is also available.
• Accept all pre-orders of the day simultaneously

Expedite Display

Release date: April 19, 2024

• New audio alert settings for new orders and voided orders
  • Configure the Expedite Display to play a sound when a previously displayed order is voided. You can also set your preferred new order tone.
• Renaming the Expedite Display device available for iPads running iOS 16 or later
