The latest Eats365 Biz update introduces various enhancements for the Eats365 Biz module. In addition, merchants now have the option to upgrade Eats365 Biz to accommodate in-store order-taking with the same device.

• Ability to upgrade Eats365 Biz Lite to Eats365 Biz which will enable placing orders through the Biz app
• Accepting online pre-orders, cross-day pre-orders, and catering orders is now supported
• Allow printing separate confirmation and payment receipts
• The Eats365 Biz app can be downloaded from the iMin and SUNMI app stores
• New supported printer types: SUNMI and iMin

New feature: Place orders with the Eats365 Biz

The Eats365 Biz Lite (formerly Eats365 Biz) is an online order management system where merchants receive and manage orders from online ordering platforms. With the new update, you can choose to enable placing orders directly through the app, just like a POS.

The upgraded Eats365 Biz offers the same set of features as the Eats365 Biz Lite, along with creating your menu using the Merchant Portal and placing immediate and scheduled orders using the Biz app.
