Update 24.7.1: General POS and queuing enhancements
The latest Eats365 POS update introduces new queuing settings, Universal EC as a new supported E-Invoice Platform for Taiwan restaurants, All You Can Eat support on the PhotoMenu, and other general enhancements.

New feature: Universal EC is now a supported E-Invoice Platform (Taiwan)
You can now set up Universal EC as your restaurant’s E-Invoice Platform. To learn more, refer to Set up Tax Invoice (Taiwan).
Enhancements
Queuing
- Ticket pickup time now displayed on the Current Tickets list
- Queue ticket number now included in the payment details
- The Current Tickets list now shows the number of currently waiting customers by headcount and by party
- Ticket calling time can be displayed on the Queuing History page
- New customizable text options above and below the expiry message printed on the queue ticket
- Additional “All” filter option for current VIP tickets
- "Powered by Eats365" will now be printed on queue tickets

General
- (Taiwan only) Alert to get new invoice numbers now appears after tapping the “Pay” from payment screen instead of order-taking screen
- Previously, the POS prompt to generate new invoice numbers appears upon attempting to get to the payment screen. Now, the prompt appears on the payment screen, allowing staff to cancel or void the order when there’s no available invoice number to use on the transaction.
- The prompt’s behavior may vary depending on your configured workflow settings. Refer to Issue a Tax Invoice (Taiwan) to learn more.
- (Foodcourt restaurants only) You can now print the vendor’s store name, phone number, and address on the receipt instead of the foodcourt’s
- All You Can Eat service now available on PhotoMenu
- Customers can now order from your restaurant’s All You Can Eat Menu using PhotoMenu. To learn more, refer to Use All You Can Eat mode on the Eats365 POS and Place orders on the PhotoMenu.
