Manage Expeditor Ticket printing settings
Learn how to change Expeditor Ticket printing settings in the Eats365 POS app to customize how they appear when printed.
Customize expeditor ticket printing on the Eats365 POS. Control your printer’s behavior, including when and how tickets print, through the Printing settings in the Eats365 POS and the Merchant Portal.
In this article, you’ll learn about Expeditor Ticket printing settings and how to change them in the Eats365 POS app.
Configure Expeditor Ticket Printing settings
To set up the Expeditor Ticket Printing settings, follow the steps below:
Eats365 POS
- Log in to the Eats365 POS.
- At the top left, tap Settings
. - Under Settings, tap Printing, then select Expeditor Ticket Printing.
- Turn on

a setting based on your preference. - At the top right, tap Save to confirm.
Merchant Portal (Classic Theme)
Tip: To switch themes, at the top right, click on the account name. Then, select Experience Merchant Portal 2.0.
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Restaurant Settings. Then, click on Printing.
- At the top, click on the Expeditor Ticket Printing tab.
Tip: You can click on the left and right arrow buttons to search for the Expeditor Ticket Printing tab. - Turn on
or off a setting based on your preference. - At the top right, click on Save to confirm.
Merchant Portal 2.0
Tip: To switch themes, at the top right, click on the account name. Then, select Back to Classic Theme.
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Restaurant Settings. Then, click on Printing.
- At the top, click on Expeditor Ticket Printing tab.
Tip: You can click on the arrow buttons to search for the Expeditor Ticket Printing tab. - Turn on
or off a setting based on your preference. - At the top right, click on Save to confirm.
Expeditor Ticket Printing options
You can change the following options in the Expeditor Ticket Printing settings:
Eats365 POS
General
You can choose from the following scenarios below to decide when an Expeditor Ticket is printed:
- Print Dine-In Expediter Ticket
- Print Takeout Expediter Ticket
- Print Catering Expeditor Ticket
- Print Expediter Ticket after Table Transfer
- Print Expediter Ticket when Cancel Item
- Print Expediter Ticket by Table Partition
Template
Customize the Expeditor Ticket and choose which information is presented.
For your convenience, the majority of options are already described based on their actual purpose. For example, the option Print Dine-In indicator on Expeditor Ticket prints the indicator (Dine-In) on the ticket. The option Print Order Remarks prints the Order Remarks on the Ticket, and so on. These settings can be turned on or off .
In some cases, some options may require different input or have unique behaviors. Refer to the settings below for more information:
Margin Sizing
Applies to the following options:
- Top Margin
- Bottom Margin
Adjusts the margin sizes based on the following sizes:
- None
- Original
- 2x
- 3x
Combo Item Display Format
Select how you want to display combo items.
- Indicate by (Combo) - Add a “Combo” label for Combo Items.
- Indicate by * - Add an asterisk “*” indicator for Combo Items.
- Display Combo Name - Add the combo item name for each item.
- Display Combo Name and Separate Single and Combo - Add a Single item and Combo Item indicator to the items.
Printing Language
Sets the default language of printed Expeditor Tickets.
Enable Dual Language Printing for Menu Items
Gives the option to print two languages for a Menu Item.
Important: Item names must be entered for the selected languages separately in Menu Setup. For more information on Menu Setup settings, refer to Set up and manage a Single Item or Set up and manage a Combo Item.
Merchant Portal
For your convenience, the majority of options are already described based on their actual purpose.
