New feature: Adaptive Offline Mode for Queuing
You can now manage your restaurant’s queue even when the POS is offline by enabling the “Adaptive Offline Mode for Queuing” feature. With this feature enabled, restaurant staff can continue to issue and manage queuing tickets directly on the POS, ensuring seamless guest experience even when the POS is offline.

Note: Online features such as online queuing and online ticket calling won’t be available while the POS is offline, even during Adaptive Offline Mode. Online queuing functions will restart once the network goes back online.
POS enhancements
- Added a new supported printer model: Star Printer Model BSC10II
- New setting to pin VIP queuing tickets to the top of the queuing list in the “All” tab of the “Current Queue Tickets” panel
- You can now dismiss queue tickets by swiping the queuing ticket to the left from the “Current Queue Tickets” panel
- New function to reprint Taiwan Tax invoice after order is paid or voided
Portal enhancements
- New supported language: Vietnamese
- Support adding “Product Type” and “Sub Product Type” columns in the “Sales by Item Report (Table View)”
- Added a new GTO report type: JB City Square
