Update 26.5.1: Supplementary notes on modifier combinations and other Merchant Portal and modules enhancements
Release date: 21 May 2026
POS enhancements
Supplementary notes for modifier combinations: You can now print custom supplementary notes directly onto label tickets. This allows you to show useful information for both restaurant staff and customers regarding the modifiers that are added to orders, such as recipe formulas, dietary restrictions, ingredient details, or custom messages. This feature is available on the POS version 2.82 or later.
Merchant Portal enhancements
- Enhanced settings layout: The following settings have been redesigned with a fresh, modern interface for more intuitive navigation and a faster setup.
- New setting hint for Party Size Input Format: Added an informational tooltip clarifying that this specific setting only applies to the Eats365 POS.
-
Menu Template enhancements
- New error notice for invalid discounts included in Menu Template: When cloning a menu to another shop using a Menu Template, discounts tied to specific items that are not present in the Menu Template that's being applied will result in invalid discounts. Since the associated menu item is excluded during menu application, the system cannot recognize the discount offer. As a result, Discount 2.0 marks the discount as invalid, while Discount 1.0 leaves the offer field blank.
-
New editable items on the Menu Template: New settings have been added to the Menu Template as editable items.
- Menu Tag
- Menu Tag Type
- Import Product Name
- Import Modifiers Name
- Menu Layout settings on the Merchant Portal: You can now manage the Menu Layout settings simultaneously for all POS devices in the restaurant or configure the settings for specific devices. Previously, the Menu Layout can only be configured on a per-device basis.
-
Display the Third Party CRM member's platform on the Customer Details and Transaction Details: The system now explicitly displays the specific third-party CRM platform a customer belongs to. This platform identifier can be viewed on:
- The order's transaction details in transaction reports
- The customer details page on the Merchant Portal
Queue Ticket Kiosk (Android) enhancements
Send diagnostics log status update: The Android Queue Ticket Kiosk now displays real-time confirmation status (Success or Failed) immediately after a diagnostic log upload is initiated.
