Manage Order Ticket printing settings
Learn how to configure how Order Tickets are printed using the Eats365 POS app or Merchant Portal.
The Eats365 POS allows you to customize order ticket printing. Configure your printer’s behavior, including when and how tickets print, through the Printing settings in the Eats365 POS and the Merchant Portal.
In this article, you’ll learn the different Order Ticket Printing settings and how to change them.
Configure Order Ticket Printing settings
To set up the Order Ticket Printing settings, follow the steps below:
Eats365 POS
- Log in to the Eats365 POS.
- At the top left, tap Settings .
- Under Settings, tap Printing, then select Order Ticket Printing.
- Turn on or off a setting based on your preference.
- At the top right, tap Save to confirm.
Merchant Portal (Classic Theme)
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Restaurant Settings. Then, click on Printing.
- At the top, click on the Order Ticket Printing tab.
Tip: You can click on the left and right arrow buttons to search for the Order Ticket Printing tab. - Turn on or off a setting based on your preference.
- At the top right, click on Save to confirm.
Merchant Portal 2.0
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Restaurant Settings.
- Click on Printing. Then, select Order Ticket Printing tab.
- Turn on or off a setting based on your preference.
- At the top right, click on Save to confirm.
Order Ticket Printing options
You can change the following options in the Expeditor Ticket Printing settings:
Eats365 POS
General
You can choose from the following scenarios below to decide when an Order Ticket is printed:
- Print Dine-In Order Ticket
- Print Takeout Order Ticket
- Print Order Ticket after Transfer Table

Print Order Ticket after Cancel Item
Note: This option only appears if Print Full Order Ticket is enabled. - Print Order Ticket by Table Partition
Template
Customize the Order Ticket and choose which information is presented.
For your convenience, the majority of options are already described based on their actual purpose. For example, the option Print Dine-In indicator on Order Ticket prints the indicator (Dine-In) on the ticket. The option Print Order Remarks prints the Order Remarks on the Ticket, and so on. These settings can be turned on or off .
In some cases, some options may require different input or have unique behaviors. Refer to the settings below for more information:
Font Size
Adjusts the printed text into the following size options:
- Small
- Medium
- Large
Print Full Order Ticket
Enables the option to choose Print Order Ticket after Cancel Item from the Order Ticket Printing settings.
Hide Non Sales Item
Removes Non Sales Item from order tickets.
Printing Language
Sets the default language of printed Order Tickets.
Menu Item Language
Sets the Menu Item language printed on the Order Ticket.
Print additional language for Menu Item
Gives the option to print two languages for a Menu Item.
