POS enhancements

• Support EFT Spot Payment integration: The integrated payment service "EFT Spot Payment" is now supported on the Eats365 POS. To link your account, refer to Set up and manage integrated payments. 
• Label printing updates:
  • Xprinter is now supported on the Eats365 POS. To connect a supported Xprinter, refer to Scan and pair a printer. Note that you must select the "TSPL" option when selecting the printer type.
  • TSPL label printers can now be paired with multiple POS terminals.
• BBPOS integration: You can now choose where payment information is printed: from the POS or a BBPOS terminal.
• Customizable printing during cloning orders: When cloning an order, you can choose if you want to print the receipt, expeditor ticket, order ticket, and kitchen ticket of cloned orders. This allows you to reduce printing costs by only printing essential tickets when cloning orders.
• Extended Pre-order Period for Catering: Previously, you could only set your dine-in, takeout, and online ordering Pre-order Period up to 30 days. With this update, you can now set it up to 365 days (1 year). 

Merchant Portal enhancements

• Inventory Adjustment Report update: The Inventory Adjustment Report now shows the actions that were made on menu items and logs the source where the change happened.
• Daily Closing Report for group or organization level: The Daily Closing Report now groups the same tax used in multiple restaurants as a single tax item on the report. Previously, if multiple restaurants are selected, the tax information would appear repeatedly in the report even if the same tax is used.

• Biz and Biz Lite license: Merchant Portal now displays license information for both Biz and Biz Lite under the Modules settings.

Branded Online Store enhancements

• New supported language: Vietnamese
• Additional menu item display styles:
  • You can set recommended items to appear larger than items that aren't marked recommended in the item settings.
  • You can choose whether combo options are displayed in a list or gallery.
