View and manage Inventory Adjustment Report
Learn how to generate an Inventory Adjustment Report on the Merchant Portal.
The Inventory Adjust Report provides a summary of changes made to inventory levels over a selected period. This report tracks modifications due to factors such as spoilage, damage, theft, or discrepancies found during physical counts, enabling restaurants to identify trends, rectify inaccuracies, or optimize stock management.
View Inventory Adjustment Report
To view your Inventory Adjustment Report, follow the steps below:
Merchant Portal (Classic Theme)
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Reporting.
- Under "Inventory," select Inventory Adjustment Report.
- Select the date range that you wish to include in the report.
- You can filter the results further by clicking on Advanced Filtering. Then, enter the information for the following filter options:
- Category
- Item
- Click on Submit to retrieve the records.
Merchant Portal 2.0
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Menu Setup.
- Click on Inventory. Then, select Inventory Adjustment Report.
- Select the date range that you wish to include in the report.
- Filter your search further by selecting the Category or the Item.
- Click on Submit to retrieve the records.
Export Inventory Adjustment Report
To export the Inventory Adjustment Report, follow the steps below:
Merchant Portal (Classic Theme)
To export an Inventory Adjustment Report, click on Export. An Excel file of the report gets downloaded to your computer. Open the file to view your exported report.
