An mPOS diagnostics log helps identify issues that may occur on the specific terminal it's installed on. This helps Eats365 narrow down and troubleshoot the root cause of problems, such as connectivity, hardware, or configuration issues.
In this article, you'll learn how to send diagnostics logs from the mPOS to Eats365.
Send a diagnostic log from the mPOS
To send log files from the mPOS, follow the steps below:
- Open the mPOS app.
- At the top left, tap Menu

Settings. Alternatively, tap Settings
at the top right. - On the "Settings" page, tap Send Log.
- If the upload is successful, a message appears confirming that the diagnostic data has been sent.

- If the upload fails, a message appears prompting a retry of the diagnostics log. Tap Retry to proceed.
