A diagnostics log helps identify issues on the Self Order Kiosk (Android). This helps Eats365 narrow down and troubleshoot the root cause of problems, such as connectivity, hardware, or configuration issues.

In this article, you'll learn how to send diagnostics logs from the Self Order Kiosk (Android) to Eats365.

Send diagnostics log from the Self Order Kiosk

To send log files from the Android Self Order Kiosk, follow the steps below: 

  1. On the lower left corner of the Self Order Kiosk screen, tap the Eats365 URL (www.eats365pos.com) multiple times.

  2. Enter the passcodetap Confirm.

  3. On the "Settings" page, tap Upload Logs.

  4. Select the date of the log that you want to send. 
    Important: Each log entry contains information about the Kiosk's activity for the selected date. You can only send logs for one day at a time. To send logs for a specific date range, send them individually for each day.

  5. Tap OK to confirm and initiate the log upload.
