Purchase member credit using the branded online store
Learn how to top up your account through the restaurant’s branded online store website.
Members of a restaurant’s loyalty program can top up their account through the restaurant’s branded online store website and use their credits to pay for orders placed through the restaurant’s website or in-store.
Top up account on the restaurant website
To purchase member credits using the restaurant’s branded online store website, follow the steps below:
Mobile
- On your mobile device’s browser, log in to the restaurant’s branded online store website.
- At the top right, tap Account .
- Select Top-up.
- From the available top-up options, choose the credit amount you’d like to purchase. Then, tap Next Step.
- Select the payment method you’d like to use, then tap Top-up.
After a successful top-up, you’ll be directed to a confirmation page indicating the following information:
- Balance after top-up
- Transaction ID
- Payment Transaction ID
Desktop
- On your desktop browser, log in to the restaurant’s branded online store website.
- On the ordering page, select Top-up.
- From the available top-up options, choose the credit amount you’d like to purchase.
- Select the payment method you’d like to use, then click on Place Order.
After a successful top-up, you’ll be directed to a confirmation page indicating the following information:
- Balance after top-up
- Transaction ID
- Payment Transaction ID
