The Eats365 Self Order Kiosk allows customers belonging to the restaurant's membership program to pay for their orders using their accumulated points and credits, offering a more versatile choice of payment options.

Redeem membership points on the Self Order Kiosk

To use membership points to pay for orders, follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to the Self Order Kiosk using your member credentials.
   Note: If logging in with your phone number, you can only earn points and not redeem existing ones on the Self Order Kiosk.
   
   
2. Place your order.
3. Tap Check out at the bottom right.
4. Check that the items in your cart are complete.
5. At the top right, tap Use Point to redeem your membership points.
   
   
6. On the point conversion screen, select the number of points that you want to use for payment. You can tap on the + and - buttons to add or deduct points, or tap on the point value and enter the number of points to use.
   
   
7. Tap ContinuePay to proceed to payment.
8. Select your preferred payment method.
   
   
9. Follow the on-screen steps to complete payment.

Use member credits as a payment method on the Self Order Kiosk

To pay for orders using member credits, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Self Order Kiosk using your member credentials.
   Note: If logging in with your phone number, you won't be able to use member credits as a payment method.
   
   
2. Place your order.
3. Tap Check out at the bottom right.
4. Check that the items in your cart are complete.
5. Tap Pay to proceed to payment.
6. Select Credit as your preferred payment method.
   
   
7. Follow the on-screen steps to complete payment.
