The mPOS can be used to process payments either by installing the app on an Android payment terminal or by integrating a supported payment method, such as Alipay, with the Eats365 POS. 

With Alipay integrated, you can process customer payments directly via the mPOS by scanning the customer's Alipay payment QR code. 

In this article, you'll learn how to process Alipay payments using the mPOS.

Process Alipay payments

To process payments using Alipay as the payment method on the mPOS, follow the steps below: 

1. Open the mPOS app.
2. Tap the table with the order that you want to process payment for.
3. Tap Order History.
   
   
4. At the bottom right, tap Pay.
   
   
5. Enter the amount. Then, tap Pay.
   
   
6. Scan the Alipay payment QR code provided by the customer.
7. Once the payment is done, tap Print Receipt or With Credit to print the receipt.
   • "Print Receipt" will print a receipt with the wording "Paid (ALIPAY)." 
   • "With Credit" will print a receipt with the payment details included.

Once the payment is successful, the table color will turn green, and the order status will appear as "Paid."
