Change order quantities
Learn how to change an ordered item’s quantity in the Eats365 POS.
You can easily modify the quantity of items added to an order by tapping on a menu item on the order-taking screen.
In this article, you’ll learn how to change the quantity of an item when taking an order.
Delete
Tip: You can change how menu items behave when ordered by modifying the following preference settings:
- To enable Quick Order Entry Mode, refer to Manage General Preferences.
- To enable Item Entry preferences, refer to Manage System Preferences.
Modify order quantities
To add a single item to an order, on the order-taking screen, tap a menu item once. To add a larger quantity, tap the menu item multiple times.
Change item quantity
To change the quantity of an item that has already been ordered, follow the steps below:
- On the order list, tap the item name, then tap Edit.

To change the menu item’s quantity, at the top right, tap - or +. To directly enter the desired quantity, tap the item quantity then use the on-screen keypad to enter the item quantity. -
Tap Done to confirm.
